Every morning, I wake up feeling bloated after getting freshened up. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?

Hi there, I hope you are well. You may be feeling bloated due to the following reasons - 1) You haven't slept well last night 2) You have changed your diet recently. 3) You've added more fibre to your diet off late. 4) Your bowel movements haven't been regular 5) You are sleeping late or snacking midnight. 6) You aren't drinking enough water. 7) Adequate clearing of stools isn't happening at one time. Here's what you must do- 1) Have a glass of jeera water before bedtime. 2) Have lighter meals at night time, keep is simple (khichdi, dal rice, etc). 3) Chew on some saunf and ajwain with lukewarm water. 4) You can also have a slice of papaya before bedtime to ease this issue:)

Many reason for that You have change your diet You need focus on portion of your diet Only 3/4 of your hunger Avoid late dinner Avoid curd Avoid milk in night and milk with food Avoid fruit in night Avoid heavy food items and dale in night except moong daal If still face issue then tell me
