I need someone to reassure me. I have so many doubts. I feel worthless. I feel depressed, despaired, numb. Please don’t tell me I’m not doing anything with my life. I need someone to be there for me. I need someone to tell me I’m doing everything I can to heal. I’m doing everything I can to recover. Yet I'm unable to ... Please tell me how can I recover? @Careertherapiet

Seek support from a therapist or counselor who can provide guidance and reassurance. Practice self-care activities such as exercise, mindfulness, and connecting with supportive friends or family members. Remember that healing takes time, and it's okay to ask for help along the way.
