Kendi kendimize sarılıp, sırtımızı sıvazlamak bize düşüyor. Psikologum ‘kızına nasıl şevkat duyuyorsun değil mi? Kendine bu şevkati duyuyor musun? İçindeki çocuğu mutlu ediyor musun? En son ne zaman kendini mutlu ettin?’ demişti. Yani biz kendi kendimizin motivasyon kaynağıyız.
