Hi, @SoulTherapyWithHarleenBagga, I have had stage fear since I was a child. But now being in my 20’s, being in college has made me realize how important participating in college fests, competitions, etc is. How can I make this fear of mine go away?? How can I make myself feel confident for being on stage?? #StageFright #mentalhealth #anxiety

So I can relate with you because even I am facing this issue. No matter what you will have to speak on stage at some point of your life. few things that you can keep in your mind are practicing your speech, enacting it infront of someone, standing confidently and maintaining eye contact
