Hi there, I hope you are well. -As per research it is believed that Vitamin B12 deficiency can be a major cause for early greying of hair. -Apart from Vitamin B12 deficiency ,lack of Vitamin B9(folate), zinc, Vitamin D, Biotin, calcium, and protein can also lead to Early greying of hair. - Other reasons can be genetics, stress, thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions , and smoking. - I'd suggest you to check with a dermatologist, and seek treatment for the same.
