Journaling and prioritising your negative thoughts according to priority helps, first writing everything and then try to put them into categories with actionable solutions to it

Hey it’s normal every one goes through those phases Life has a way to pull us down But maybe we can help each other to spiral upwards Do some art Or any hobby class Self care Face packs Positive affirmations Journaling and mandala journaling Let go hacks And talk to a friend Chill make a bill and step up girl You will rock

Overthinking is the only reason, stop instead of that priorotize into productive work , Find indepth small situation of happiness - being alive as a good human gives more happiness then negative thoughts , the control button of thoughts is with us only

: محتاجه نصايح وحلول غير الدكتور النفسي لانه شبه مستحيل تعديل : بابا رافض موضوع الدكتور النفسي نهائى وبيخوفها من الادوية وبيقولها هتخليها تبقا مدمنه وللاسف هو دكتور صيدلي وخلاها تصدق كل كلامه 💔 ماما عندها اكتئاب مزمن بقالها ١٠ سنين مش بتخرج من البيت ولا بتروح ف حته ولا بتنزل تشتري حاجة رغم ان صحتها كويسة وبتعمل شغل البيت كله ومربية فراخ حمام فوق البيت بتطلع تراعيه كل يوم بس هي مشكلتها مع الناس مبقتش تتعامل مع حد نهائي والموضوع وصل انها بتخاف تطلع تبص من البلكونة ولا من الشباك حاولنا معاها كل المحاولات ف الخروج بترجع تقعد حتي مجهزتش وحدة فينا ولا عايزة تنزل تجيب مع اختي الكبيرة حاجة جهازها وبتقولها انزلي انتي وبقت صعبة اوي ف التعامل وبالنسبالها الشارع دا تشوفه ف التلفزيون بس .. امها توفت من شهر تقريبا من ساعتها بقا طبعها اصعب ولسانها يجرح وكلامها كله يزعل بنحاول نتغاضي ونعدي بس هي بقت عصبية وبالنسبالها الدنيا انتهت ومفيش حد يستاهل رغم انها مش كبيرة اوي ٥٠ سنه.. بتضرب قططي وكل ماجي انزل الجامعة تفضل تشتم فيا عشان لبسي رغم اني محجبة وكل لبسي واسع وربنا يعلم.. لا بتزور حد ولا بتخلي حد يزورنا حتي قرايبنا ف الاعياد مش بيجولنا لانها مش بتروح لحد.. حد يقولي اتعامل معاها ازاي واستحملها ازاي لان معاملتها معايا وصلت للاذي وانا بسكت مرة ف رمضان شتمتني واحنا صايمين ونا مزعلتش قولتلها ايه "واخفض لهما جناح الذل من الرحمة" قامت ضحكت وتريقت عليا.. وللاسف البيت كله واخد موقف سلبي وشايف ان دي ماما ودي حياتها ومحدش بيساعدها تخرج من الل هي فيه خصوصا بابا الله يسامحه بس الل مخوفني ان حالتها بيزيد كل سنه .. انا بس نفسي اعرف افرحها ازاي واخليها تخرج من الل هي فيه. ولو بفرق بسيط 💓

I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
