Hi there, Yes, Coffee can be consumed in the evening along with a healthy snack such as roasted chana/peanuts, kurmura, makhana, roasted poha chivda/kurmura chivda, etc. Avoid having immediately after consuming a meal, or very close to your sleeping time as if can affect your digestion, and sleep.
