When you think about your health, what first comes to mind? For many – if not most – of us, it’s probably our physical health. Are we eating healthy? Are we exercising regularly? Are we feeling tired? Or ill? Do our joints ache? Have we scheduled our annual check-up?All these questions are, of course, important ones to answer, but there’s another question we should be asking – another part of our health that deserves attention: how is our mental health?Our mental health has a tremendous impact on our overall health and well-being. Our mental health includes our thoughts, emotions, feelings and moods. It influences our choices, actions and how we relate to others. Good mental health can help us cope with stress, succeed in our professional lives, more effectively recover from difficult situations and add value to our community and be our best self.It’s important to understand that maintaining good mental health can often be a challenge. So, if you are struggling to maintain good mental health, you are definitely not alone. You will be judged everyday for everything that you do. If you live in this constant fear then it will worsen your mental health. The best way is to ignore them, focus on your achievements and success, believe in yourself.

To overcome the fear of being judged, focus on self-acceptance, practice self-compassion, and challenge negative thoughts. Surround yourself with supportive people, set realistic expectations, and remind yourself that everyone makes mistakes. Seeking therapy or counseling can also provide tools to manage these feelings and improve sleep.

Hi girls, have you ever wondered why we choose to live? I mean, think about it. Every day, we wake up, go through the motions, and face all kinds of stress and uncertainty. I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
I struggle with emotional eating during stressful times. What strategies can I use to manage this better ?
Why do I sometimes find myself hoping my partner won't succeed in comforting me about my insecurities, like when I don't get that promotion at work or when I feel self-conscious about my appearance?
