Thank you for asking, Its great that you are taking initiative to feel better this is a huge step, first take a notebook and pen and write what kind of emotions you feel(you can take help of emotional wheel from google), Then write your triggers that what are certain people, situations, things that make you feel this way, Try adding one activity in a day that you used to love but somehow now lost interest in, Try engaging in one social contact because usually in depression we don’t like to talk to other people but its also kind of important so try engaging with one person of your choice(even if one call) and try to also express how you feel, lastly i do feel a professional help like therapy can help!

Whwenever you feel that you are having feelings of depression, try and divert your mind....by doing something that you love to do. Or you can try and breath deeply, thru your nose and exhale from your mouth. When you are little relaxed, analyse why the deppressive feelings came, what caused them and note them down.

Hi..I can understand your situation. Firstly try to identify your mood and name it,then find the cause. Things that will help you to feel happy may include. Exercise, Keeping yourself busy by scheduling your daily activities.
