You should avoid eating 1. Highly processed foods 2. Caffeine 3. Saturated fats 4. Alcohol 5. Salty foods 6. Dairy products 7. Gluten 8. Soy products 9. Trans fats 10. Excessive salt 11. Added sugars

Here are foods that you need to limit during menstruation. - Foods high in sodium such as chips, ready to eat, ready to cook foods, sauces, dips, etc. - Excessive chocolate consumption, especially milk chocolate - Excessive dairy consumption ( milk, paneer, and cheese) Consume it in moderation. - Red meat and processed meat - Excessive caffeine intake - Bakery items ( cakes, pastries, cookies, etc) - Alcohol consumption - Fried, oily, greasy foods - Sugary treats and beverages - Canned foods ( high sodium content) - Spicy foods - Pork/Bacon I hope this helps, Take care ✨

what should I eat when I'm going through painful periods
#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.
