Hi Nadia, thanks for asking very important question. when you incorporate fitness in to routine first and foremost change is required not in schedule but in mindset. so start priorizing excercise time. put it first thing in to-do-list.

Schedule short, intense workouts during breaks, prioritize consistency over duration, try desk exercises, and consider early morning or lunchtime workouts for efficiency.
