Ideally to take any supplements I would recommend checking in with your gyenecologist. Sometimes calcium, vitamin D or vitamin B12 levels maybe low and require supplementation. Natural ways to manage your symptoms really depend on the symptoms you are experiencing. Wearing lighter cotton clothes, getting some sunlight daily, exercising 5 days a week, getting some counseling for your mood changes and simple more natural ways to deal with the transition into menopause.
