Hi there, I hope you are well. - It is safe to consume two small cups of coffee/tea in a day. - As per research and recent data 200mg of caffeine is considered to be safe and anything more than that may increase the risk of miscarriage. - So, moderate consumption of coffee is absolutely okay, and caffeine is also found in chocolates, and soda , so you need to be mindful about the consumption of these two as well :) - Read the labels before you purchase anything, especially during pregnancy.Energy drinks, chocolate milk, coffee ice-cream, diet cola are known to have caffeine. -Hence, it's best to mindful about the consumption of these as well during pregnancy.
