FITNESS & NUTRITION complement each other. To lead a healthy life it's important to take care of both these aspects. While Fitness is all about staying active, Nutrition is about what you eat, when you eat and how you eat.I intend to spread awareness and share with this community all that i have learnt over the years as a Fitness Coach and help people stay fit and healthy.
Anything that helps with pregnancy nausea apart from ginger and medication??

Yoghurt and fresh fruits for nausea during pregnancy works really good. Breathing morning air. These worked for me magically. All bodies are different, try any citrus that your body loves.

Hi there, I hope you are well. Yes, there are ways to deal with nausea other than ginger and medications , here you go :) - If you face morning sickness, then, you can have wheat crackers , a glass of jeera water, few mint leaves, a glass of lemon water or plain lukewarm water. - During the day you can have small meals, eat little food at a given time, hydrate yourself well, and avoid foods with a strong odor or flavour. - Eat simple home-cooked meals, and avoid consuming outside meals. - Lemon, and ginger candies are known to help, in fact sour candies are good if you feel nauseous very frequently. - Ask your doctor if you'd need Vitamin B6 supplementation during this time. - Avoid large meals at night, and get ample rest. - Rinse your mouth with salt water ( add a pinch of salt only), whenever you feel nauseous. - You can go out for a walk as it is known to help. - Add more liquids in the diet in the form of soups, kanji, buttermilk, lemon water, coconut water, etc. Take care

Hi, Acupuncture also works in calming down nervous system and clearing nausea.

keep a dry snacks like crackers , cookies or almonds And water on bed side table in the night . And in the morning without getting up, rinse your mouth and have what ever snack you kept in the previous night.. After 10 mints , get out of bed exercising your arms and feet and slowly inhaling and exhaling. Do not brush your teeth immediately. wait for an hour . Use small baby Brushto avoid Gag reflex. Small and frequent diets. solid and liquids not to be taken together , minimum 15 to 30 mints gap. Take Fresh Coconut water ,less of Coffee and Tea. No to oily and spicy stuff. Keep your self busy like read a book,Paint,draw .Do what everakes you happy. Ginger -ale, Ginger cookies , small grated ginger in tea helps in lessening the intensity of nausea. Wear loose , comfortable clothes .
