I am a very gastric person though I am just 18 but I even get sharp stomach aches if I dont anything for a long period of time and this is actually becoming a concern for me. What should I do with my diet so that I dont be such a gastric person?

Hi there, I hope you are well. You are likely feeling acidic/gastric because you may be keeping large gaps in between your meals. -Avoid keeping a gap of more than 3-4hrs in between meals. - Have your meals two hours before bedtime, and avoid having heavy meals in one go. - Have small meals, and include healthy snacks in between. - Avoid packaged, processed, and refined foods. - Avoid spicy foods, and fried foods on days you feel extremely acidic. - Have curd or buttermilk with a pinch of cumin powder, and mint leaves. - Chew mint leaves, and you can also have fennel seeds, and chew a piece of ginger whenever you face acidity.
