Hey there! So, about that stress eating habit... Let's tackle it together! How about we swap our usual food rendezvous for something different, like going for a hike or trying out a new workout class? We can also create a list of go-to healthy snacks to keep on hand when the stress hits. Having a friend to support and motivate each other can make all the difference in breaking this cycle
