Hey, There are various ways to handle our emotions, we can hear some music go out for walk, talk to someone who can understand our feelings, visiting to some friend's place, eating our favourite food etc.. Spiritually, you can do some releasing meditation or can so mantra chanting or simply read some nice book and so on. Love & Light Shagun K Singh Manifesting Miracles

I just sit down.. then I tell myself It's okay. it's okay to feel unwell.. you're human.. then I take deep breaths and deeply meditate to make feel myself complete in my own skin.. Also I talk to my best friend ' me' by seeing her in the mirror.. and I compliment Good Girl.. 😌 And just to boost these good vibes and good mood.. I Dance watching myself in the Mirror.. yeahh.. when you're comfortable being alone you can deal with any emotional unwellness.. That's my perception!

First and foremost accept your emotion,identify it and name it. second, Know the reason. and then half of your work is done!!! Once you know your emotion and the reason behind you can easily deal with it,the way you want to. But never ever try to pacify or diverse your low mood without analysing it properly. Right from sorting it out with your own pattern to consulting a professional for the same .

اهلا بيكي الخوف من الموت امر طبيعي لكنه يتحول لنوع من ان انواع القلق المرضي لما بيسيطر على تفكيرك وبيكون سببه الخوف من فقدان السيطرة او الخوف من الالم والتعرض لصدمات او شعورك بمرور العمر فجأه عشان كده احرصي على تمارين الاسترخاء وعبري عن افكارك ومشاعرك عشان تقدري تغيري نمط التفكير بالموت ومارسي دايما تمارين التأمل في انك تركزي على اللحظة الحالية وبس وتشتتي انتباهك عن اي فكرة متعلقة بالموت او الخوف من المستقبل . تحياتي🥰🌹
