In what ways do you feel your PCOS is affecting your sex drive? Often fatigue, loss of interest, lowered self confidence can all affect your sex drive. Talking to your partner openly about how you feel can help to find solutions together on working on your sex drive. If you feel other aspects of your life, in addition to your sex drive are affected consider checking in with a therapist who can help you understand reasons why you feel the way you do.

Hi. Hope you are doing well! Loss of sex drive can be common in pcos due to hormonal imbalance and irregular periods. It can also be triggered due to psychological factors that result from pcos weight gain, acne, hair growth, etc. one ends up feeling conscious and I understand! Talk to your partner about this, communicate openly and see how you can atleast change the context: context meaning, how differently you can do things or try new things which don’t feel like the usual. You can try different positions and techniques like role playing, bdsm, etc. Work on your lifestyle: exercise, sleep and diet are key. You can even consider speaking to a therapist to seek more support!
