Redefining Mornings with Biohacking ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒ… In my 20s, I believed I was a night owl, but my journey into biohacking for longevity and age reversal changed everything. Now, I love my morning ritual as the foundation of my day. I Wake up at 6:30 AM to savor the quiet before the day's hustle.
