Hi Everyone. I am Roshni. I have always wondered how these bollywood actors stay fit and active. I have dreamt of having a slim and trim body but recently I have been struggling to set realistic fitness goals and even staying motivated to achieve them. Ik the importance of setting realistic goals but always end up feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. How do you set realistic fitness goals and keep that fire burning to stay on track ? Hi Roshni, I hope you are well. Happy women's day 🌺 Firstly, let's understand that celebrities or filmstars are required to maintain their fitness, and they have multiple people around them ( fitness trainers, dietitians, cooks, etc). Moreover, not everything you see on screen and in magazines is perfect. So, to ideolize them wouldn't be a correct approach:) it's their bread and butter, and they have to be on point every single time. I would suggest that you make short term goals, 2-3kgs of weight loss/month. Write down your goals in a book, then, keep tick mark every goal you achieve daily or once a week. You don't have to force yourself to be perfect, just think positive, meditate when you feel negative, do simple home-workouts, sleep well, and maintain a balanced diet. Everything can be achieved with patience:)

Trust me Roshni I have seen worst where for some people even a side bend is a cramp hence 6 things always keep in mind 1 Exercise, 2 eat what you must & avoid junk 3 have attitude of gratitude for every body part & function it’s allowing you the worldly experiences 4 sleep well it’s crucial for fitness, weight loss , quality energy 5 let go of your old blocks like my genes , my mom my dad me my body all those beliefs are the blockages just let go of em & a person who moves every day in a organised way pivots from all those beliefs 6 self love , exercise & eat healthy to take care your body not to punish it 😊! For my journey this is exactly what I understood eventually since 2020 & followed ever since there days & times I can’t I know I have a life things happen & sometimes I don’t look or feel my best I mean I have 2 kids , a dad who suffered a stroke in Oct & is on bed, I restarted full time career, yes there is a social life too , so I workout 5 times a week & eat to nourishmybody

Hey Roshni , like HUDA correctly mentioned kindly stop looking at the poster, it’s the worst and too much pressure cz that’s true they have full time employed trainers, nutrition, cooks and many procedures too their careers thrive on that and hence it’s the need of their job , having said that you can get fitter & leaner from where are you are 2/3 kgs per month pretty possible… aim your workout ratio to 5 times to rest 2 days in week, now all the days you workout may not be similar 3 times can be functional which has great results on shaping ,toning , strengthening your body whilst the 2 other days can be Yoga , dance fitness or a general low impact walk if you are a beginner…. So switch to movement mentality , whatever movement you enjoy and whatever time you can give at this point and whatever maybe your fitness levels just begin trust me our bodies are magic , it only keeps better and fun with time , enjoy your movement, enjoy the fact your can do whatever it can at this point
