Hi, Aap kaise ho? Aapka current weight kya hai abhi ? Aap aise weight manage kar sakte ho - Aao dono meals ke saath salads khayein. - Din me paani pijiye 8-10 glasses. - Apni diet me protein ka Sevan badha dijiye. - Bahar ka khana, aur refined khana avoid kijiye. - Do fruit zaroor lijiye din bhar me. - Shakkar, Namak aur tel ka Sevan Kam karein. - Aapko din me 7-8 hrs zaroor se Sona hai :)
