support your gut . There are 100 time more neurones then brain.When we support our gut it increases good bacteria which skin glow make us healthy.When you have depression any nuro disease.Start cuting sugar.Do keto intermittent fasting.Which increase our nurone GABA make us calm.

remember that rejection isn't about you, it's about the other person not able to connect with you the way you want to. it's associated with self-worth so I suggest working on self-worth. be more compassionate about yourself. rejection doesn't mean you're bad, negative experiences, can cause the fear.
