Set small, achievable goals, track your progress, find a supportive community, focus on non-scale victories, and treat yourself with kindness and patience.

Hi there, I hope you are well. - Set small tangible goals and targets. The goals have to realistic so that you are able to achieve them. Have both short term as well as long term goals. - Start by making one simple changes in your day to day routine. - Maintain a diary to write about everything you've eaten in a day and see where you've been going wrong. - Think of it as a lifestyle change and not merely a diet. - Take baby steps and give yourself a benefit of doubt whenever you feel that you may go back to what you were eating before. Allow yourself to make mistakes but promise yourself that you will be back with a bang. - Avoid stocking unhealthy foods at home, and if food apps are an issue, go ahead and delete them :) - Find a partner who can eat healthy and Workout with you as well. - You can even join support groups. - Focus on changes that you see, such as inch loss, your old clothes fitting you better, your skin looks better, etc. All the best ✨

Staying motivated can be challenging, but setting realistic goals, tracking your progress, finding a support system, and focusing on the positive changes in your health can help keep you on track. Additionally, reminding yourself of your reasons for wanting to lose weight and incorporating enjoyable activities into your routine can make the journey more sustainable. Remember, progress takes time, so be patient and kind to yourself along the way.
