My Body My Voice' community is a safe and empowering space where women from all walks of life come together to celebrate and amplify the power of individual choice and autonomy over their bodies. So this December was not so good for me. I was suffering from some mental health issues, post breakup things and now dealing with the trauma of my uncle’s death. But despite all these tough situations, the only thing I have prioritized is my mental health. How do you prioritize mental health in your self-care routine? To be honest there's nothing like prioritizing mental health in my life. It's just that whenever I feel stressed, anxious, demotivated or feeling down I either listen to music or watch a Netflix show or talk to someone.
