اهلاً يا جميله 🌸 مبسوطه من مشاعرك الطيبه انك عايزه تقدمي المساعده للأشخاص الي بيعانوا في البدايه لازم يحس الشخص دا بالمشاعر الكويسه دي زي التقبل ومحاوله المساعده وكمان اديه المساحه للقرار لأنك متقدريش تجبريه لازم يفهم ان المساعده من المتخصص علشان يقدر يفهم نفسوا ويتعامل معاها بقبول واعتدال اديلوا امثله لمتخصصين انت عارفه حد أتعامل معاه أو ثقه بالتالي يقدر ياخد الخطوه تقدري تخليها تتابعني يوميا الساعه ٨، ١٠، ١١ واتمنالك يوم لطيف ☺️

اهلا بيكي يا جميلة ❤️ مقدرة جدا مشاعرك وخوفك ده وايذاء الذات مش حاجة هينة ولا يستعان بيها ابدا وعشان نعرف نتعامل مع السلوك ده ونضمن انه مايتكررش محتاجين نعرف الاحساس اللي وراه والفكرة اللي ورا الاحساس اللي هيكون فيها تشوه محتاج تعديل لأن ايذاء الذات ما هو إلا منفذ مختلف للألم النفسي اللي احنا حاسين بيه ومصدر إلهاء عن الألم الداخلي بألم جسدي خارجي تعالي نتكلم أكتر في لايڤ من الساعة ١-٥ او على المجتمع بتاعي "نفسيتك بالدنيا" دمتي متميزة ❤️

اهلا وسهلا عزيزتى 🥰 التحدث مع النفس احيانا تكون حيل دفاعيه نفسيه يستخدمها العقل لتنفيس عن أفكار وحوار وصوت داخلى لحل مشكله او لضغط شديد ولا يوجد ما نستطيع التحدث معه أو تفريغ تلك المواضيع أو المشاعر المكبوتة واحيانا اخرى دليل ع جود مرض ذهانى عقلى مثل ثنائى القطب أو الفصام ولكى نتأكد لابد من عمل جلسه ونبحث وراء الأسباب بالتشخيص الجيد منتظره حضورك ف اللايف ونشتغل سيشن فردى دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰

Hi there, I hope you are well. If you struggle from emotional eating, during stressful times, then, here's what you can do. - Maintain a journal and jot down which food you are likely to crave during those times, whether it is salty, sugary, spicy, fried, etc. - Write the foods you are most likely to reach out to in case of a stressful situation. - Ask yourself as to whether you are hungry or trying to eat because you are stressed. - Learn to differentiate between physical hunger and emotional hunger. - Try to distract yourself by talking to a friend, listening to music, indulging in a hobby, some exercise, dancing, etc. - Avoid stocking unhealthy foods at home, and if you are likely to order online, then, delete foods apps completely. - Honour your cravings once a while, so that you don't end up Overeating whenever you are emotionally down. - Try to eat healthier alternatives of your favourite foods. - Opt for meditation or yoga as and when you feel emotionally stressed or drained :)
