Hello, @rupal_sidh I'm new to yoga and currently doing 30-minute sessions of asanas. I'm curious about the ideal frequency and duration for practicing yoga poses. How often should I engage in asana practice, and are 30 minutes per session sufficient, or should I consider extending the duration for greater benefits? I want to ensure I'm maximizing the benefits of my yoga practice without overexerting myself. What insights can you provide on structuring my yoga routine effectively?

For beginners, practicing yoga 3-5 times per week for 30 minutes per session is a good start. Gradually increase duration as you become more comfortable. Listen to your body and avoid overexertion.
