Loneliness can affect your mind in a lot of ways. We humans are social animal and we always seek for a social support. Due to increased amount of loneliness we start secreting lesser amount of oxytocin. And oxytocin is a happy hormone. Then next, our cortisol secretion increases. And cortisol also increases our stress. And with continuous stress we may experience hypertension. It will also lead to poor immune system plus our cognitive performance also decareses. But COTO provides a platform to connect with like minded people and share our woes. If you are having difficulty in maintaining relationship with your friends, family, co-workers and others, then we may discuss this in my live session. My live will be at 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and, 12:00 in the midnight to 2:00 a.m. So whenever you see fit, you may definitely contact me
