Controlling cravings during periods can be challenging, but you can include fibre rich foods like fruits and vegetables, chia seeds, flax seeds to feel full and satisfied, stay hydrated and include healthy snacks like makhana and nuts. Hi there, I hope you are well. -Facing mood swings during the phase of premenopause and menopause happens to be common due to a decrease in the levels of Estrogen and progesterone. - Your body is undergoing a change and hence, fluctuations in hormone levels can cause mood swings. - However, if your mood swings are getting difficult for you to handle, then, see a doctor, and get necessary blood tests done, if needed. - Also, start by focussing on your diet, getting some movement daily, and also try yoga and meditation ✨✨ I hope this helps.

Consult a Sexologist for proper guidance and treatment of vaginal dryness. It can be due to lack of foreplay/passion is not in sync/relationship issues/you can have some hormonal imbalance or because of certain conditions like perimenopause, other diseases or medicines. Proper history taking to find reason and then accordingly treatment can be done.

There is no restriction for your diet during your menstrual cycle. Nor are there any foods that you necessarily should eat, except for foods high in iron. Because of the blood loss, there is also some iron loss w/menstruation. Therefore, foods high in iron content can help replace the iron stores that women need. These foods can include dark chocolate in small amounts, molasses, and then green leafy veggies such as spinach, beef, turkey, etc. You can google for a more comprehensive list. Otherwise, no special diet is required.

If you both are comfortable, then go for it! However, consider going for a dental dam as infection during menstruation is high! You can consider using a menstrual cup or a tampon to avoid leakage. Infact, for a lot of people, arousal during menstruation is high and period blood acts like a natural lubricant!

Just use oral dams for protection because the risk of developing infections is very high during menstruation 🩸
