Is it bad to avoid outings and plans with friends all the time? I am an introvert but before i used to go out atleast sometimes but these days i just keep avoiding them. Is this somewhere related to mental health??

yes possible. you need to ask yourself what is it that you avoiding , or fearful about when it comes to going out with friends. it could be something that happened in the last when you had gone with them.

remember that rejection isn't about you, it's about the other person not able to connect with you the way you want to. it's associated with self-worth so I suggest working on self-worth. be more compassionate about yourself. rejection doesn't mean you're bad, negative experiences, can cause the fear.
