Okay, so here's the deal: I pretty much dislike everything about myself. Ugh, it's depressing! And i don't even know why is it happening to me? But the worst part is, I have no clue where to even start changing things. How do I even begin to love myself when I feel like there's nothing lovable there?

Hello, Sometimes we are stuck in the negative cycle where we just see the negatives but you could practice a technique where you can take a paper and try writing good qualities in you since childhood also if you helped someone or you know someone praised you in life , I want you to try recollecting all this . Later read what you wrote and now see still you dont have any positive and good qualities? We as humans are blend of both good and unhealthy qualities, none of us is perfect. We can work on ourselves to be better versions of ourselves.

I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
I'm deeply sorry to hear about the immense pain and suffering you're experiencing. t’s crucial to prioritize your mental health and well-being during this incredibly time.Establish a strong support system by reaching out to friends or family members who can offer emotional support, and consult with a lawyer to understand your rights regarding the divorce and potential legal support against the mental torture.Set clear boundaries by limiting contact with people contributing to this stress and create a comforting space for yourself, focus on future, small achievable goals.Prioritize self-care by creating a calming bedtime routine to improve your sleep quality,Incorporate mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises to manage stress.Journaling your thoughts and feelings can be therapeutic, and practicing daily gratitude can help shift your focus towards positive aspects of your life. Pl remember healing takes time and you deserve compassion. Stay strong
Maybe the death of your baby is a sign that this marriage is not for you. I hope you are healed and find peace. Start with positive thinking. This may sound cliche but what you think is where life takes you. Remember that this is only today, tomorrow will be entirely a different chapter, and you don't know what blessings await you. So just sail through it having faith that God is preparing you to receive some great blessings soon.

Hi Nisha. Mai ek clinical psychologist hoon aur mai aapki help karna chahti hoon. Aap chahiye toh mujhse ek live session mai bhi baat kar sakte ho. Ek daily routine establish karein taaki aapko din mein structure aur purpose mile. Mindfulness, meditation, ya yoga practice karein stress reduce karne ke liye. Isolation avoid karein aur apne friends aur family ke saath connected rahein, chahe texts ya calls ke through ho. When my boyfriend says he needs space, I worry it means we're heading towards a breakup. I can't tell if he just needs time or if he’s thinking of ending things. How can you differentiate between needing space and wanting to break up?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. It seems like, you have been worried due to his actions. Also, looks like you don't want to communicate your doubts ans fears with him. Wanting space is healthy and it would also be good if you also have things out of relationship, it helps you both grow. But first, talk to him about his fears and ask this very question to him. Having a space to talk about difficult emotions will help you connect more. Hope that helps, join my live for more questions.

I am feeling emotionally neglected these days. My husband doesn’t seem to understand my mental health and is ignoring me. Apparently i have been a bad wife to him. How can I come out of this zone and be confident abt myself and make myself feel better??
hi there, I'm clinical psychologist and I can understand how feeling emotionally neglected in your marriage can be incredibly challenging, especially if your mental health is not being supported or understood. One advice I can give you is by start having an honest conversation with your husband expressing how you feel without blaming him. Using "i" sentences help!. reach out to your friends, family or join me for a live session for support and validation. Another crucial thing is to always engage in self-care activities that nurtures your mind, body and soul. Setting boundaries is also something that that can work in your favor and I would love to help you more with this. hope you're doing well and I'd love to hear from you soon

Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. I hope I could be of help. Hope to know more about how you're doing soon. Take care.

How do you deal with someone who shuts you out? My partner shuts me out whenever things get tough, leaving me feeling isolated. How can I cope with feeling ignored and shut out in moments of conflict or difficulty?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. This is an issue most people face is we are unable to understand others people behavior and take it personally. It's not your fault, let me put it out. I believe you partner has some internal fear that's holding him back and whenever he feels triggered he shuts you down and that makes you feel confused. That confusion turns to uncertainty, anxiety and frustration, I believe. He need some extra support and you too. Do let me know how I can help. I come live often and you can have a one to one consultation there.

Does anxiety control your life or do you control your anxiety?
Hi I am a counselling psychologist, helping people to manage their stress and daily life mental health challenges. I would like to answer your question. Agar anxiety aapke decisions aur daily activities ko impact kar rahi hai, to samjho anxiety aapko control kar rahi hai. Lekin agar aap techniques use kar rahe ho anxiety ko manage karne ke liye, to aap apni anxiety ko control kar rahe ho. I hope my answer helped. You can connect with me in live sessions also to get your anxiety managed.
