I actually hate going to the gym,I genuinely do. I have seen many fitness influencers and they always say that gym is necessary to lose weight. But can I lose weight just by eating right?

of course you can loose weight without going to gym, you just have to eat right, lower your portion of eating and do morning walk

Yes If you want to lose weight, it is about 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise. Generally, it is said that diet plays a major role in weight loss than exercise. But exercise is good for your body which you can do at home also.

Both are important..diet as well as exercise.. in fact a lot more components are required for weight loss… good sleep, water intake etc. There are many ways to workout like Zumba for fun & fitness, strength if you like(but it’s important) yoga , running 🏃 etc. you just find your favourite activity and follow it in a disciplined way. Make your workouts more enjoyable than perceiving it as a chore.

You surely can loose weight with the right diet. But loosing weight might not be the only goal you want to get. With only weightloss you never know if it’s fatloss or muscle loss. Targeting on fatloss is the right idea. That’s why strength training becomes important as it makes you loose fat along with gaining muscle. But you can do that at home too. You don’t need any fancy gym for this :)

Hi there, You can lose weight by eating right but in order to tone, and strengthen your body, you need to exercise at least 4-5 times, a week, at home itself. You can opt for different workouts throughout the week ( zumba, pilates, bodyweight exercises, yoga, Tabata, etc). Remember it's 80% diet, and 20% workout. Exercise is great for overall well-being :)

Hi there, I hope you are well. I hear you, and you are not alone :) Here's how you can adopt a healthier lifestyle. - Firstly, understand that you just don't have to go on a diet to lose weight. Rather, you need to adopt a lifestyle which will stay with you for longer. - Along with a balanced diet, you need to incorporate exercise ( for 4-5 times a week, 30mins at least) , drink enough water ( 8-10 glasses), sleep well( 7-8hrs), and manage stress ( by meditation or yoga). - Enjoy the food that you consume, and take small bites, and chew your food well. - Incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, eggs, lean meat, wholegrains, dairy and dairy products to your diet.
