Hi there, I hope you are well. -Only doing cardio may not lead to weight loss. In fact, excessive cardio can lead to muscle loss , and it may become another reason for weight gain as well as increase in the levels of Cortisol ( a stress hormone). -You need to focus on a well-balanced diet, and you should lift weights to tone down:) - If you feel lethargic, it may also be due to some nutrient deficiencies. - You can book a one-one consultation with me to get a personalized diet plan.
