Hi there! Firstly, I would like to tell you that it’s very normal to feel like this and your experience is totally valid. Going through so many changes all at once must be frustrating! My advise would be to try and get good sleep, eat well and include exercise in your routine. I know it can be tough to get a start on all of this but baby steps count! And If you are also considering external care, going to a spa or a parlour is definitely not a bad idea for your hair and skin! Take care :)

For beauty tips and hair care routines you can consider some homemade remedies too! Hair: olive oil, mixing honey with shampoo, egg, curd, etc can really help. Skin: gram flour, Multani mitti, sandalwood paste help!
