Are there any benefits that come from loneliness?? I don’t think any mental health issues give u benefits whereas my friends feel it does boost focus and keeps you aligned with your goals and peace.

Loneliness and Solitude (where you're enjoying your own company), both are different. One can feel lonely, even if they are surrounded by their friends and family. If you are enjoying your own company, then it's wonderful. Yes, it helps you to cultivate yourself. But if you're suffering from loneliness then it won't make you productive. Moreover it does the reverse and make you more sad and gloomy and, you are not willing to get any work done. If you want to talk about this more, please join my live. Let's talk about what's bothering you. I am sure that we can find a way. You'll be fine 😄

my boss is pressurizing me to take a certification exam at my job. are there any insights on how yo deal with this? I do not feel ready to take the exam now.
Try talking to your senior and HR if possible, if you unsure about something its always better to have clear communication before hand and its better if they formally write about details of this exam on formal mail/letter

Tuning into your live session at 6 PM sounds great! Here are 7 Benefits of taking a sun bath and how it can be good for#mental health: #BenefitsofSunBaths #TarotSagePooja 1. Vitamin D Production: Sun exposure helps your body produce vitamin D, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to depression. 2. Improved Mood: Sunlight increases the production of serotonin, a hormone that can enhance mood and promote feelings of well-being. This can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. 3. Better Sleep: Exposure to natural light during the day helps regulate your body's circadian rhythm. This can lead to better sleep quality and duration, both of which are crucial for mental health. 4. Stress Reduction: Taking time to bask in the sun can be a relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels. The warmth of sunlight can create a sense of comfort and peace. 5. Increased Mindfulness: Sunbathing encourages you to slow down and enjoy the present moment, fostering mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness can lower stress levels and improve overall mental clarity. 6. Enhanced Motivation and Energy Levels: Sunlight exposure boosts energy levels and promotes feelings of vitality, which can lead to increased motivation to engage in physical activity and social interactions. 7. Connect with Nature: Spending time outdoors in the sun helps foster a connection with nature. This connection has been shown to improve mood, reduce feelings of loneliness, and enhance overall well-being. # Conclusion Taking sun baths can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health. Remember to balance sun exposure with skin protection to avoid damage from UV rays. Enjoy your live session!

Is loneliness treatable?? Is it like mental health issues?? Do we need to take sessions??
Yes loneliness is treatable. I've been able to successfully help many of my clients. Yes, it will require one-to-one counselling sessions because different people has different reasons. And also different people need different coping mechanisms. It's not hard to give a generalised solution, but the solution won't be very effective. As all individuals are unique and all individuals have different personalities

Why does isolation hurt?? It makes you feel as if the whole world has forgotten about your existence
all is on the mind! monitor the self talk going on when you are alone. make a conscious effort to NOT think negative when you are alone ! if you are not comfortable staying alone make sure you are connected to a friend , family or a colleague.

I am a very over sensitive person and I hate listening what others think of me. It just puts me in dark space. How can i stop taking people’s words to my heart. Why is it so difficult for me??
hi you are probably oversensitive to what others have to say because your inner child was hurt. you must have faced some form of emotional abuse n trauma as a child. being oversensitive is your shadow personality. heal yourself accept yourself.
