أهلا بيكي المرض النفسي لا يرتبط بعمر قد يتعرض الافراد للضغوط النفسية التي قد تؤدي بهم للاصابه بالاضطرابات النفسية مثل القلق والاكتئاب وخاصة اذا كان هؤلاء الاشخاص لديهم هشاشة نفسية وحساسية للتعامل مع الضغوط وعلى الصعيد الآخر هناك بعض الاشخاص فد يتعرضون الى العديد من الضغوط ولكن يتمتعون بسمات شخصية مثل الصلابة النفسية تجعلهم قادرين على تحملها بل ومواجهتها بكل قوة لذلك فكل شخص يختلف عن الاخر في قدرته على مواجهة الضغوط وعلى التحمل وفي اختلاف سمات كل شخص عن الاخر يكون الاصابة بالاضطراب النفسي من عدمه . تحياتي🥰🌹

اهلا عليا الرقيقه 🥰 العصبية ده سلوك ناتج عن الغضب ( شعور ) واحيانا بيكون شخصيات كانت حملوله وصبوره وبعد مرور بضغوط كتير بقيت حساسه جدا وبتعصب بشكل كبير وع مقولتك خلفى ضيق الحقيقه ان ليها اسباب منها ضغوط العمل Burnout psicologico أو ضغوط فى اسرتى وعايلتى أو علاقات عاطفيه وهما بيك ن ظاهر شعور الغضب ع السطح من خلال السلوكيات انما ف عمق ده ربما الخوف والحزن والخذلان وربما الم الفقد سواء (وفاة حد عزيز ، حيوان ، هجر ،طلاق) كمان ممكن ترومان صغيره اتعودت عليها ومبتكلمش فيها وهى سبب كبير وبيظهر ده ع سلوكنا هو الموضوع ليه جوانب وتفاصيل اكتر والسؤال بشكل عام جاوبت عليه التفاصيل اكتر بتتحدد لما بنتكلم فون ف اللايف بيساعد اكتر اسئله وانا مهتمه اساعدك ف مهارات العلاقات الفعاله والتعبير عن المشاعر بشكل فعال وتجاوز المحن بيقظه وبوعى دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰 بدعيلك حبوبتى
