Hey Neeta, hope you are doing well For diabetes you have to avoid foods that rapidly increase sugar levels for example rice, potato, sugars, blended foods and fruit juices And include slow digesting foods like millets, oats, whole grains, low fat milk products, lean chicken and fish.
