Salı gün spor yaparak güne başladım ve 25 dk egzersiz yaptım. dün kendiliğimden yürüyüşe çıktım ve bir saate yakın yürümüşüm karın egzersizi de yaptım. bugün ise yürüyüş de yaptım,tatlımı da yedim,pizzamı da.İçimi bulandırdığı ve doyduğum anda bırakıyorum ki bu daha önce yapmadığım bir şeydi. Resmen yeni beslenmeye başlamış bir çocuk gibiyim. Galiba bu iyi geliyor bu gelmiyor diyebiliyorum. Sıcak şarap da kesinlikle iyi gelmiyor bunu da bugün anlamış oldum. #sezgiselbeslenme #bedeninisev
