Balıklar kadar iyi yüzemiyor, çita kadar hızlı koşamıyoruz, bir gotik kadar ağırlık taşıyamıyoruz ama bunların hepsini dengeli bir şekilde yapabiliyoruz. Bir şeyi çok fazla ya da çok aa yaptığımızda bedenimizde dalgalanma yaratıyoruz. Arzular ve bağımlılıklar bizi ileri çekiyor, korku kaçış ve tepkisellikler ise geriye çekiyor. Her türlü uçlar, dengemizi bozuyor. Halbuki huzurlu bir yaşamın yolu, dengeden geçer. #denge #farkındalık
Yaşın 5 Evresi ve Bir Yas Hikayesi Bugün hastaneye eşi 1 yıl önce vefat eden bir kadın geldi. 1,5 yıl önce de ablası vefat etmiş. Ablasında kalp rahatsızlığı varmış ve 5 yıl boyunca ablasına bakmış. Bir gün sabah eşiyle kahvaltı ederken, eşi bir şey istiyor, kadın mutfaktan almaya gidiyor ve döndüğünde eşinin nefes alamadığını fark ediyor ve eşi kollarında vefat ediyor. Dinlerken yüreğimizde oluşan acıyı tarif edemem. Onu çok özlüyorum diye ağlarken tüylerimiz diken diken oldu. Samimi bir acı, yüreğinizde derin bir yara açar. Bu vaka üzerinden yasın evrelerini konuşmak istiyorum. Öncelikle şunu belirtmek isterim: herkesin yası kendine özgüdür ve yas şu kadar sürer, şu evre şu noktada artık bitmelidir gibi bir şey söylenemez. Fakat yas evrelerini ele alabiliriz.
