Prioritize short bursts of exercise, like taking brisk walks or doing quick workouts, schedule workouts into your calendar, find activities you enjoy, and involve friends or family for accountability.

Hi there, I hope you are well. Definitely! Here's what you can do. - Break down your workouts in to 2-3 workouts throughout the day. - So, you can do a 15 min workout twice a day. - You can do different workouts on different days. - Somedays you can opt for strength training, some days zumba, pilates, Tabata, walking workouts, a basic walk, yoga, and on some days it can be basic stretching. - You can also do a workout in the morning and opt to do a walk in the evening or at night. - If you have a desk job, try and take 2-5 min breaks in between for a quick walk or stretching. - Take the stairs instead of the elevator or lift. - Walk for 10-15 mins after each meal. - Try and do some basic household chores as and when you get time to remain active. - Meditate twice a day for 15 mins once before bed and once after waking up to combat stress :) I hope this helps, take care ✨

Break it up: If finding large chunks of time is difficult, break your workouts into shorter sessions throughout the day. Even 10-15 minutes of exercise at a time can add up.
