Prioritize short bursts of exercise, like taking brisk walks or doing quick workouts, schedule workouts into your calendar, find activities you enjoy, and involve friends or family for accountability.

Hi there, I hope you are well. Definitely! Here's what you can do. - Break down your workouts in to 2-3 workouts throughout the day. - So, you can do a 15 min workout twice a day. - You can do different workouts on different days. - Somedays you can opt for strength training, some days zumba, pilates, Tabata, walking workouts, a basic walk, yoga, and on some days it can be basic stretching. - You can also do a workout in the morning and opt to do a walk in the evening or at night. - If you have a desk job, try and take 2-5 min breaks in between for a quick walk or stretching. - Take the stairs instead of the elevator or lift. - Walk for 10-15 mins after each meal. - Try and do some basic household chores as and when you get time to remain active. - Meditate twice a day for 15 mins once before bed and once after waking up to combat stress :) I hope this helps, take care ✨

Absolutely! Here are some strategies to incorporate regular physical activity into a busy schedule: Schedule it in: Treat exercise like any other appointment and block out time for it in your calendar. This helps make it a priority and reduces the likelihood of skipping it. Choose activities you enjoy: Find activities that you genuinely like doing, whether it's dancing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. Enjoying the activity makes it easier to stick with it. Break it up: If finding large chunks of time is difficult, break your workouts into shorter sessions throughout the day. Even 10-15 minutes of exercise at a time can add up.

As a young girl, I often feel pressured by social media to look a certain way. How can I maintain a healthy body image and make food choices that support my well-being?
It's okay to feel pressure, but don't let it affect you. Follow self-care practices and limit your use of social media because, as you know, not everything online is the same

I have gone through it, we often take social media seriously. But dear let me tell you it's all illusion. You are beautiful in your own way. You must try to be better version of yourself instead of trying to compete with others.

I’ve been trying to lose weight but find it hard to stick to a diet. How can I create a sustainable meal plan that I’ll actually enjoy?
Hi there, I hope you are well. I hear you, and you are not alone :) Here's how you can adopt a healthier lifestyle. - Firstly, understand that you just don't have to go on a diet to lose weight. Rather, you need to adopt a lifestyle which will stay with you for longer. - Along with a balanced diet, you need to incorporate exercise ( for 4-5 times a week, 30mins at least) , drink enough water ( 8-10 glasses), sleep well( 7-8hrs), and manage stress ( by meditation or yoga). - Enjoy the food that you consume, and take small bites, and chew your food well. - Incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, eggs, lean meat, wholegrains, dairy and dairy products to your diet. Avoid restricting a particular food group. - Eat your favourite foods once in a while, so that you aren't missing on to anything. - Avoid distractions during meal time. Keep your phone, tab, and laptop away. - Learn to practice moderation and stick to your portions rather than over-indulging :)

I'm too going through this. What I have realised is lowering your eating portion and doing walk helps

My school classmates forced me to send my pictures on our group chat as we had not seen each other since long, but when I did post them, they started telling me how much I have changed and how much weight I have gained. This has made me feel terrible about myself but I don’t want it to effect me. What do I do??
Ofcourse you must have gained weight since you met them last, and I am assuming it was many years back. If you were conscious about yourself, you would not have send the pics, the fact is rhat you are not liking their opinions about yourself. Have that clarity, and don't let others opinions affect you negatively....be confident as what you are.

don't be afraid of judgements or criticism from others but be mindful that you don't do the same to yourself... be your best friend 😍❤️ Appreciate yourself often . shower yourself with unconditional love then what others say won't have an negative effect on you...and you have your power back

Heya everyone This is my first time using the app.Kindly ignore any mistakes. I am kind of chubby or you can say overweight 24 years old girl.Initially I didn't have any insecurities. But since a year or two when I moved to Delhi.I constantly try to fit in among people. But it feels like I'm losing a part of me.🥲
hey Anonymous. one needs to be physically fit, not to please anyone but for urself. Being overweight should not be the reason for your insecurities . You need to accept yourself first only then others will accept you if you feel you are loosing urself trying to fit in... ask yourself what is it that you are doing that's creating discomfort within you ... identify and work on it.. good luck 👍

Hi I want to lose my weight and please help me to motivate myself consistent. Guide me to lose weight bcoz am a mother of 14months old
Hi there, I hope you are well. - Motivation will usually last for a few days or weeks, however, discipline can last forever. - To lose weight, you will have to bring in discipline in your daily routine. - You need to prepare yourself mentally as well as physically. - Stay determined that you won't give up and start by making small changes in your routine. - Start by incorporating more fibre in the diet. Eat two servings of fruits, a bowl of salad for lunch as well as dinner daily. - Avoid packaged, ultra-processed and refined foods. - Eat in portions. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. - Add protein to each of your meals, even snacks. - Have mid-meals or healthy snacks. - Start your morning with handful nuts, or seeds. - Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. - Have home-made meals that are easier to digest. - Get at least 7-8hrs of sleep on a regular basis. - Go for a walk at least 4 times a week. - Manage stress levels my meditation and yoga. I hope this helps ✨

i’m Menna. I’m a holistic health Coach, and my passion is to help women to maintain a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I received my training and education as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. During my nutrition training, I was introduced to over 100 dietary theories from Eastern to Western, ancient to modern and everything in between to come to identify that the offered food on our plate is secondary to our relationships, career, financial challenges, spirituality, home cooking, physical movement, stress management and our self-care, all of which are aspects of life that we call primary foods. Balancing our primary foods is what fills our souls and satisfy our hunger for life. I am here not to provide a list of food restrictions nor to reside on calories count or proteins or fats or carbs but I’m here to start with you the journey of holistic wellness. I’m here to empower you to recognize the areas of imbalances on and off the plate in your lives. My mission is to guide you to a happier and healthier life that you can sustain as a lifestyle. Along the journey we will achieve goals that include;improving gut health by focusing on whole real foods, reducing comfort junk foods, treating sugar cravings, balancing blood sugar, maximizing sleep quality, energy and spirituality, applying stress management tools and maintaining relationships. more
