Hey @NikitaDudani3498 I need some advice. There's a constant conflict between my head and my heart. Although I strive to pursue what truly resonates with me, my mind often inundates me with negative thoughts and doubts, making it challenging to make decisions. I find myself feeling indecisive and overwhelmed, not just in isolated situations but across various aspects of life such as relationships and career choices. The negative seems to outweigh the positive. How can I prioritize my mental well-being and navigate through these conflicting emotions more effectively?

Most of creative people face this! to navigate it, you will have to work on building your confidence in your skills and work as that go hand in hand. the good reviews that you may have gotten In past, build on that... remind yourself of the work you do because YOU do it and you are good at it. Own your work and skills set. whenever the doubt or negative ideas come in your mind, try to make the other voice stronger that belives in yourself. center yourself by grounding excerise

Hi girls, have you ever wondered why we choose to live? I mean, think about it. Every day, we wake up, go through the motions, and face all kinds of stress and uncertainty. We know life is finite, that we're going to die someday, yet we keep pushing on. Why? What's the point? I am currently in this situation, don't know what to do and what the point of living is.
I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
I struggle with emotional eating during stressful times. What strategies can I use to manage this better ?
