is there a way out of bad marriage as someone who's not supported by their own parents. my therapist tells me I've to take charge but my mental health is so bad I'm unable to find any confidence in taking any decision. how do i improve my mental health from here?

This is a very difficult place to be, but am proud of how you have been taking therapy , I feel you truly need to feel empowered, Emotionally and moreover financially and then when you feel Independent you can make right choices for you and continue with therapy

I am a very over sensitive person and I hate listening what others think of me. It just puts me in dark space. How can i stop taking people’s words to my heart. Why is it so difficult for me??
