Hey, 1) Proper hydration helps maintain fluid balance in the body, which can help alleviate headaches associated with dehydration. 2) Hydration supports adequate blood flow to the brain, which can help reduce the intensity and frequency of headaches. 3) Staying hydrated can help regulate hormone levels, including estrogen and progesterone, which may contribute to menstrual migraines. 4) Dehydration can lead to muscle tension and stiffness, which can cause headache symptoms. Drinking enough fluids can help relax muscles and alleviate headache discomfort. 5) Adequate hydration maintains proper electrolyte balance in the body, which is important for nerve function and overall health. Electrolyte imbalances can contribute to headache symptoms.

What supplements are recommended for menopause?
You would generally need calcium and vitamin d supplements once you hit your 40s. there are few things which can't be controlled but yes we can always work on it. Loving ourself is one of dem. start luking at positive side of ourself and physical attributes. It will help you a lot. Surround yourself with positive energy.

What do you want him to "find" in other women? Please share. It can take a day or even months. Life goes on, people will find new people who suit their interests. Most are normally like others and it's heartbreaking to lose what you loved and cared that you obsess over other person taking those things. Relax, it will take time to get over it.

There is no restriction for your diet during your menstrual cycle. Nor are there any foods that you necessarily should eat, except for foods high in iron. Because of the blood loss, there is also some iron loss w/menstruation. Therefore, foods high in iron content can help replace the iron stores that women need. These foods can include dark chocolate in small amounts, molasses, and then green leafy veggies such as spinach, beef, turkey, etc. You can google for a more comprehensive list. Otherwise, no special diet is required.
