اهلا وسهلا عزيزتى 🥰 التحدث مع النفس احيانا تكون حيل دفاعيه نفسيه يستخدمها العقل لتنفيس عن أفكار وحوار وصوت داخلى لحل مشكله او لضغط شديد ولا يوجد ما نستطيع التحدث معه أو تفريغ تلك المواضيع أو المشاعر المكبوتة واحيانا اخرى دليل ع جود مرض ذهانى عقلى مثل ثنائى القطب أو الفصام ولكى نتأكد لابد من عمل جلسه ونبحث وراء الأسباب بالتشخيص الجيد منتظره حضورك ف اللايف ونشتغل سيشن فردى دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰
