My idea behind starting this meditation community is to embrace the integration of meditation into daily life, encouraging practitioners to bring mindfulness and awareness to their activities, relationships, and decision-making. It recognizes that the benefits of meditation extend beyond the time spent on the cushion and can positively impact various aspects of one's life. Benefits commonly associated with meditation include reduced stress, improved focus and concentration, increased emotional well-being, enhanced creativity, and a greater sense of overall balance and harmony. Many individuals also find that regular meditation practice helps them cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others, leading to personal growth and spiritual development. I look forward to organize group meditation sessions, retreats, workshops, and discussions where members can come together to meditate, learn from experienced teachers, share insights, and foster a sense of community. These gatherings provide opportunities for practitioners to deepen their understanding of meditation, explore new techniques, and connect with others on a similar path.
How do you know if you are depressed? When I think over past failures, I feel bad for wasting years and my parent's money. But if I cry about it, I fear I’ll become depressed. How do I analyze what I did wrong and cry, without becoming depressed? @ShikhaMehta

Recognize signs of depression such as persistent sadness, loss of interest, or changes in sleep and appetite. It's okay to cry and process emotions, but if it becomes overwhelming, seek support from friends, family, or a therapist. Practice self-compassion and focus on learning from past mistakes rather than dwelling on them.

You are so much invested in your past which is already gone hence you are suffering in the present no amount of regret can undo the past so why not just shift your focus on your present and make things right

Hello, you recognising the problem and wanting to come out of this ,is in itself a big sign that you wish to improve fast. Now you can start by talking to someone and sorting out the issues of the past which have not gone the way you wanted, a different perspective will help. Once you are clear of what and how it happened, you will be empowered to move ahead, as you will be equipped with experience of what not to do. And always remember, what is past is past, no one can change it...so look ahead, move forward and make your future fabulous

Hi girls, have you ever wondered why we choose to live? I mean, think about it. Every day, we wake up, go through the motions, and face all kinds of stress and uncertainty. We know life is finite, that we're going to die someday, yet we keep pushing on. Why? What's the point? I am currently in this situation, don't know what to do and what the point of living is.
