Hi there, I hope you are well. As a nutritionist, I've seen multiple women losing weight under my guidance :) Their success their in their patience, perseverance and hard work. - They have enough fibre, protein, and good fats in their diet. - They don't restrict any food groups. - They enjoy their favourite meals or comfort meals once a while. - They are active and do some form of activity daily. - They incorporate methods like meditation, yoga to combat stress and sleep well. - Most of all, they have realistic and sustainable goals, and don't fall for fad diets, as fad diets are often a route to failure :) I hope this helps, Take care ✨
