Hey some of my top tips would be I plan , my workouts and stick to it so that otherwise my not stressing or thinking about it , I eat home cooked and freshly made food and I exercise regularly, sleep well and make healthier food choices like veggies fruits nuts maxed out carbohydrates for the first half of the day and handful protein for every meal …. And I love working out it’s my super power

Hi there, I hope you are well. -I'd suggest you start with a workout routine that is a mix of different exercises. - On a personal note, I enjoy doing Tabata, HIIT, walking workouts, leg workouts ( squats, lunges, leg curls, etc) , dance workouts etc. - A mix of workouts can provide you with a variety and every workout can have a different level of burn. - A high intensity workout with power moves will get your heart rate up and you are likely to sweat more and feel the burn. - A leg workout is the most one for me, so far. - A mix of squats, walking lunges, leg press, leg curls, calf raises, goblet squats, plie squats, leg raises, donkey kicks, etc...are sure to leave your legs shivering. - Jumping jacks, knee raises, forward bends, on the spot jogging, side leg raises, scissors, can form an amazing HIIT workout. - Zumba can be extremely fun and sweaty at the same time, power dance moves coupled with high energy is sure to leave you happy. - Warm up and cool down is imp.
