Hi Sabeera, I hope you are well. Here are few tips that can help you in losing weight, however, weight loss should be done with the help of personalized diet and hence, you are feel free to book a one on one consultation with me. Start by making small changes to your daily routine. 1) Ensure to include enough fibre, protein, and good fats to the diet. Beans, lentils, sprouts, oats, wheat, barley, daliya, dairy and dairy products, fatty fish, lean meat, flaxseeds, walnuts are good sources. 2) Eat small meals, you can have 5-5 meals a day and have healthy snacks in between. 3) Maintain portion control, and eat in moderation. 4) Go for a walk, or you can even opt for home -workouts. 5) Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily, it helps with weight loss. 6) Avoid consuming refined, ultra processed and packaged foods. 7) Eat simple, home-cooked meals. 8) Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. 9) Get 7-8hrs of sleep, daily. 10) Have two fruits regularly, and salads as well. الارق نتيجه لاسباب مختلفه منها العضويه ومنها النفسية العضويه (الم معده ، صداع بسبب مشكله عضويه ، الم اسنان ، جيوب انفيه ، حساسيه الخ )من المشاكل التى لم تحل واول خطوه الذهاب للطبيب العام وبعد الكشف نصل لنتيجه باكتشاف مشكله عضويه او لاء الجزء التانى وهو الجزء النفسى وهو (قلق ، اكتئاب ، اضطرابات الشخصيه ، ادمان اى نوع ، الصدمات بأنواعها الخ) وهما البحث عن الأفكار والمشاعر الغير مرغوب فيها والتعبير عنها وبالتالى السلوك يتغير العلاج الدوائي يأخذ بعد استشاره الطبيب النفسى والمتابعة مع الطبيب النفسى للدواء والانقطاع من المتابعه وأخذ الدواء من تلقاء نفسى إنما يساعد ع عكس النتيجه المرجوه وبدل السكون والهدوم والموم بعمق يحدث ارق ومشاكل ف الجهاز العصبى والاضطرابات النفسية (عصاب) وهنا ربما التفكير ف الموت أو افكار انتحار أو خطه وتنفيذ للانتحار الدواء مع العلاج الكلامى مع معالج مختص ومهارات مساعده لتحسين جوده الحياه بيؤدى إلى نتيجه فعاله وحل المشاكل التى لا استطيع حلها من تلقاء نفسى دمتم بخير وود واستقرار وصحه وونس 🌼🥰🌺

If you focus on social media then you won't be able to do justice to yourself. There are so many people out their giving different standards regarding every phase of life. You can't compete with everyone. Set your own goals and try to accomplish them.
So since you are comparing yourself with the people in media also compare the kind of team of experts they have access to , the time they devote to this and why they do it is they make the crores or lacs out of it hence comparison is a bad space to begin with hence drop it totally, having said that it’s good love yourself and get fit for yourself and to have realistic goals that you can achieve like 2 kg per month of weight loss by eating healthy and exercising, enough and timely rest and obsessing is a rajsik man ki sthiti , the mind state here is the key , remember sculpting any body into what you like it be is a process and the good part is you started and you l reach keep at it balance is the key to progress!!!!
