Hi there, I hope you are well. Here's how you can support overall health. - Ensure to get enough protein in your diet because that will help you with recovery, better milk supply, strength, and shall hasten the healing process. Add beans, lentils , yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, seeds, lean meat, eggs to your diet. - Add fibre via fresh fruits,wholegrains, beans, nuts, millets and vegetables as fibre is necessary for a healthy gut, and a healthy gut is needed for overall health. - Ensure to get enough Good fats through nuts, seeds, fatty fish, avocado, leafy greens, etc. - Additionally, get enough Vitamin D, so sun-exposure for 10-15mins everyday is great. - Don't miss out the supplements that have been suggested by your doctor, calcium, iron, multivitamins, etc. - Drink enough water, rest as and when possible, and try to get adequate sleep. - Avoid packaged, processed, and refined foods...have normal homemade, and light meals. - Don't load up on ghee, jaggery&nuts.
