Hi there I hope you are well. Here are some tips to manage weight - Add enough protein and fibre to the diet. - Consume two fruits, daily. - Add salads to both your meals. - Drink enough water, daily. - Add probiotic rich foods to the diet. - Start your morning with good fats ( almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc). - Include two healthy mid meals in between. - Sleep well, and keep stress at bay by meditating regularly.
