Well Nadia, my teachers says, “ The purpose of life is to serve”. When we take care of others, the Divine takes care of us. And by others I don’t mean our own family .. but all Humanity & more … ! Furthermore to serve is to make others healthier and happier.. to chant and meditate is to serve! Coz we uplift our frequency and the frequency of the Collective. Much love ❤️

Establish clear boundaries, prioritize self-care activities, and recognize that taking care of yourself enables you to be a stronger support for others. Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you are introvert, that might be your way of recharging. It's okay as long as it doesn't affect you emotionally. I would say, atleast having a support system and spending time with them once a week is important. And it would also be better if you go out for walk or gym or grocery store for 30 mins a day even by yourself is okay. But that's good for your mental health.
